To call the meeting of the society.
To grant permission to discuss topics other than the regular programmes of the Society.
The final decision shall be given by the President. In cases of equal votes, the power to grant permission to a regulation passed by the members remains with the President.
To look after the overall working of the Society.
To suggest the Secretary call the meeting of the Society.
To give a final decision on complaints and problems received from the members.

Retain the goodwill of the society and help obtain donations and donors.
Call and decide the programme of the meeting with the approval of the President.
Write the minutes of the meeting.
Look after and control the work of the society.
Prepare the Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss account and present them before the members.
Call an urgent meeting with the prior permission of the President.
Solve the doubts of members and give appropriate answers to their written queries.
In the event of misbehaviour by members, take appropriate action by bringing it before the Managing Committee.
Look after the affairs and correspondence of the society.
Look after the work of the staff and take appropriate decisions, later approved in the next meeting.

Keep the accounts of the society.
Operate bank transactions with the joint signatures of either the President or Secretary.
Look after the accounts of the society and deposit funds in the bank.
Complete the work assigned by the Managing Committee.
